Meet Ralph Castilla

Ralph Castilla was born in New Braunfels Texas in 1974 and grew up in South Austin. An alumni of St. Austins primary school and James Bowie High school. He left the University of Texas early to pursue a Career in Semiconductor. His career lasted 26 years. 10 at Motorola/Freescale and 16 at Samsung Semiconductor. 

Ralph recently decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. He enjoys talking to people and getting to know them personally. He has personally bought and sold homes many times in his life and realized that he has a knack for getting things done. One lesson in life is that “Everything” is negotiable if you have the right technique. Many people say they will be tough negotiators and then weaken in the moment. You can trust that when you draw a line in the sand, that he will hold that line.

The number one thing is communication. Access and Comfort. People that Ralph talks to will always feel those two things. Access. He will always have his phone with him, and you will always be comfortable contacting him on it. Purchasing and selling a home is one of the most important and stressful times in your life, and the intention is to make it a happy memorable experience.

Ralphs passions in Life are my family, friends, and cars. Yes, he is one of those guys. Ralph is married to his wife Taylor and has 3 sons and 2 grandchildren. His goal is that when you are done working with him you will be happy to call him a friend.rA
